How important is Systavit CZ for a corona patient? –
It contains Vitamin C 500mg and Zinc 20mg of. According to the recommendation given by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, if a person has a corona position, then he will be given Vitamin C from 2000 mg to 2500 mg and zinc 80 mg to 100 mg in a day.
Vitamin C 1000 mg-1500mg and Zinc 20mg-40 mg will be given to a normal person.
Therefore, corona patients can take Systavit CZ 4 to 5 tablets in a day.
Normal people can take 2 to 3 tablets in a day.
